About Me

Hi, I’m Tonya, a Rest Coach for high-achieving humans who are ready to stop running on empty and start living in alignment.

I believe rest isn’t a reward—it’s a requirement for the life you truly want. And I’m here to help you unlock it.

How do I know rest is powerful? Because I’ve been exactly where you are.

I’m someone who codes Type A. I’ve checked all the boxes: degrees from NYU and an MBA from Kellogg, big-name jobs, impressive titles. From the outside, it looked like success—but on the inside, I was running on fumes. It wasn’t until I learned how to carve out real boundaries, listen to my body, and redefine what success meant to me that everything began to shift.

Now, rest isn’t something I squeeze in. It’s the foundation of how I live—and how I help my clients live.

What is life coaching?

Life coaching is a collaborative process that helps you gain clarity, set goals, and take action toward living a more fulfilling life. It’s forward-focused and designed to support personal and professional growth.

How is coaching different from therapy?

Therapy often focuses on healing past trauma or mental health issues. Coaching, on the other hand, is goal-oriented and focuses on where you are now and where you want to go. While coaching can be therapeutic, it is not therapy.

Who do you work with?

I work with professionals who feel overwhelmed, burnt out, or stuck—and are ready to reclaim rest and realign with what matters most in their lives. Many of my clients are high-achievers who are learning how to slow down and live more intentionally.

Yes! I offer a free sample session so you can experience coaching and see if we’re a good fit. It’s a no-pressure space to explore what’s possible for you.

What do you mean by “rest coaching”?

Rest coaching helps you reconnect with your natural rhythms, release burnout patterns, and create space for rest—not just as a break, but as a way of being. Together, we build a lifestyle that supports deep rest, resilience, and fulfillment.

What can I expect from a coaching session?

Each session is tailored to you. We’ll explore your current challenges, clarify your goals, and identify simple but powerful shifts you can make. You’ll leave with greater awareness, practical tools, and an action plan to move forward.

How long is a typical coaching session?

Most sessions are 60 minutes. I also offer shorter check-ins and longer deep-dive sessions, depending on your needs and the coaching package you choose.

How often do we meet?

It depends on your goals and preferences. Most clients meet with me weekly or biweekly. We’ll decide together what works best for your lifestyle and energy levels.
